At 9mm and above, the recoil becomes more pronounced, but is still not uncomfortable. More barrels, driving holster, and another grip are on the way. Changing out barrels takes 30 seconds or less. Recoil I have fired my Texas Defender several times, first loaded with .38 Spl rounds because I was concerned about recoil. Of course I had to try it with .357 Mag also and was pleasantly surprised.
