Now have a total of 5 barrels. 2 are 4.25. My 45/410 came on my SS4 and I love shooting it. Managable recoil and excellent patterns at reasonable distance. Quality is never an issue with Bond. My 4.25 357/38 I purchased because of the wide variety of rounds this barrel will use which helps when hunting ammo. My next Bond will be the TD Retro.Must give a 10 to sales and customer service. My wife says I’m addicted to Bond Arms, after 48 years of marriage I know she is always right.Ron in SC

Excellent little piece of hardware. If you get the snake slayer in 45colt/410 , get you some Federal 410 triple ought buckshot. You may have to ask your gunstore to order the ammo. Its 5 balls in one shell, and they come out with a vengeance. Basically with both barrels you get 10 projectiles abt 9mm each going around 1150 fps. The federal ammo has a very tight shot pattern, so even if the target is 20 to 30 feet away, its still quite a tight pattern.

4.25 inch 45./410 = The best defense. Bond has designed a tank of a pocket gun!! My first bond arms purchased years ago is still as reliable as the new one we just got (love the new hammer and trigger ). When I carry the Bond I know it will work every time as is necessary with any defensive weapon. Thanks Bond, for years of reliability and awesome firepower. If you don’t already have the 4.25 barrel buy it. You’ll not be sorry.
