This little gun is PERFECT

This little gun is PERFECT

  by    0   0

For years I wanted a derringer, but more as a novelty than a true carry gun. When I discovered the Bond Arms Snake Slayer, I decided to finally buy one. I had always been bouncing back and forth between carrying a Ruger LCP and not having any real faith in it, or a Glock 27 or Ruger SP101 and wishing they were smaller. The Bond Arms really fits the bill. Small enough to carry in all but the hottest weather clothing, big fire power, and reliability….. I was expecting the .410 to be WAY more of a mule than it is, tame enough for new shooters too. (Though the grip is a bit big for small hands) .This little gun is PERFECT. It has become my everyday carry in almost every situation. Thank you.

Jared

When will the Ranger II be available for sale? Is it a direct sale or retailer sale? If retail, who in the Houston area might have.

      Bill,

The Ranger II is available. We recommend contacting Carter Country in the Houston area.

        Bill,

This model Ranger II is still fairly new and
you may need to get one of your local dealers to order one for you.
Carter Country has the regular Ranger that doesn’t have the trigger guard
and the Ranger II has the trigger guard.

After a bit of searching my gunshop was finally able to find me the RangerII I had been wanting. Unfortunately it came in a Bond hard case and did not have the padded carry bag. Can I purchase a carry bag for my Ranger.

    Thanks for a great weapon,

    Ralph.

what is the difference between the ranger I and II?does the rangerII have a removeable trigger gaurd?or is the Ranger II able to have one attached?is there a way I can purchase a snakeskin custom like the one you made for Ted nugent?

    • admin says:

      Mike,
The Ranger II has the trigger guard, as you can see on the Bond Arms Ranger Info Page the guard is removable on all of our guns. The Ranger II has a slightly different frame to accommodate the trigger guard, so it cannot be fitted on a normal Ranger. However, both frames will fit all the different grips and barrels we offer in our online store.
The custom snakeskin (and other skins) are currently in a development phase but should be available once we have proved the durability of them. Please signup for our mailing list so we can let you know when they are available for purchase.
