Bond Arms LVRB™ Giveaway Official Rules & Legal Disclaimer

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be legally eligible to own and possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and must not be a prohibited person as defined by the Gun Control Act of 1968. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. To enter, you must complete the official entry form available on the Bond Arms website. 

3. Entry Period
The promotion begins on June 1st, 2026, and runs through December 31^st, 2026. The winner will be announced in the first week of July, September, October, November, December 2026, and January 2027. The winner will be announced by email and contacted by phone/email. 

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Bond Arms LVRB™. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be held in the first week of July, September, October, November, December 2026, and January 2027. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any transfer fees, associated with accepting the prize.

5. Firearm Transfer
The LVRB™ will be transferred to the winner in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The winner must pass a NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) background check through a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) to receive the prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to pass the background check, or if the transfer would violate any law, an alternate winner will be selected. The selected winner must be a resident of a state where Bond Arms firearms are legal, and the transfer must comply with all laws in both the state where the transfer occurs and the winner's state of residence.

6. Liability Release
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bond Arms, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury or death, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, participation in this giveaway, or any related activity. The prize is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. General Conditions
Bond Arms reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is fraudulent in nature. Bond Arms also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Bond Arms in its sole discretion. The winner's name, likeness, and biographical information may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation where permitted by law.

8. Compliance
Bond Arms is committed to responsible marketing. All giveaways are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, including the Gun Control Act of 1968 and state regulations. This promotion is not available in states where such promotions are restricted.
