Snake Slayer 45/410, 3.5”

Just took my new Snake Slayer out for a day at the range. Decided to only use .410 ammo. My preference is 3” 000 buck(9pellets), 3” #4 shot, and Winchester 3” slugs. Due to the limited rifling, I found the 45 Colt not accurate, at 7 yds. The gun is fun to shoot and manageable. I put the oversize rubber grips on it. I just ordered an extra barrel,(used the 50% coupon), in the 38/357. My experience with Bond Arms has been excellent. Very helpful!! Already building a ”wishlist” for next year. Either the .22/.22mag or 9mm. Unless they come out with a 4.25” .17cal!

BackUp: Sweet Gun

I just bought the backup, very nice gun like a small cannon. Great as a secondary or primary even with two shots. I have been looking for an ankle holster though and do not see one available anywhere, anyone know if there is one for this ? Can not wait to get 410 barrel.

HELL YEAH!

Thank God for Bond Arms! My Texas Defender is a shining example of what good American craftsmanship is all about. It’s bold and solidly built, and every time I pick it up, I just have to say “Hell yeah!” Every time I bring it to the range people ask me about it and I’m proud to tell them about Bond Arms and their double-barreled handguns. Thanks Bond Arms for your quality products. Keep up the great work!

The Best

You will not find a better two shot hand gun any where. Quality materials and excellent workman ship. The old saying that you get what you pay for is certainly true when you buy from BOND ARMS. None finer.

Out Of The Box Perfect

I just received the patriot . Absolute American perfection, like a tank, a ww2 Sherman tank. American made quality . After shooting the patriot I am hooked. I am proud to own this weapon.

Pure Quality

Gordon, what a fabulous firearm. I have the Patriot, and have just recently ordered another barrel in 357/38, and a couple of extras for it. When you first look at the firearm, automatically find yourself holding a quality piece of art. And the feel in hand, is solid. It fires rounds without effort, and the recoil is less than expected. Your sales/customer service employees, are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the fantastic work, we will be long time friends. And I just cant wait for Bullpup to make enrty. Sincerely, CHARLES FRALEY

Ranger 2

I live in northern Maine and we are still snowed in. The weather forecast is expected to be in the forties for the next ten days so I expect the weather to break this week. I have two barrels .410/45LC and .45 ACP. I have several boxes of Federal and Winchester .410 OOO buck shot 3″ and some Winchester PDX1 defender ammo. I also have a box of fifty of .45 ACP 230g. Yeah, I”m psyched and ready. Top notch workmanship. For now I just pick it up feel it , admire it and pray the snow melts soon. My next barrel will be .38. I sure wish you had a .223. Thanks Bond. Ken

Texas Defender, 1st Firing

Had a chance to fire the new Texas Defender the other day, and was very happy with the results. Firing, 3 different 410 ga shells & 2 .45Colt cartridges. 410’s were standard 2.5″ 7 1/2 shot & 000 Buck & Winchester PDX Shells. The .45Colt cartridges were , 1 cowboy load & 1 Winchester SilverTip. All shot very good, and control is very nice. Quality of the firearm is superb, However the trigger is a little stiffer than I would like to see it, but not bad. All in all, a fine firearm that I am looking forward to shooting a lot more. Thank you.

Patriot

I love my new Bond Arms Patriot! Best built firearm I’ve ever seen. Easier to shoot than I thought it would be. After trying several different .410 loads, I like the Federal Premium .410 Handgun #4 shot and 000 Buckshot the best. I feel like loading the first barrel with #4 shot and the second barrel with 000 Buck would make a great combination for personal defense. The BAD holster is perfect for cc. I got the .22 long rifle barrel for plinking and have ordered the 4 1/4 in. .410 barrel for 3 inch loads. Thanks for a very high quality American made product.

The Power, Security & Safety of Bond Arms

I bought a 3 1/2 inch 410/45 colt Snake Slayer as a defensive item for when I travel. My anti-car jacking gun. When I 1st got it I thought the power was too much, I’m older & my tolerance to higher powered rounds is waning. But after 3 times at the range, I found a number of different rounds both 410 & colt 45 that work just fine. 2 1/2 #4, 410, like Mr. Gordon Bond discussed in one of his videos, works just perfect to protect myself & my family while we travel. And it’s good to know I can use any colt 45 round or ANY 410 rounds in my Bond Arms derringer. I Ordered a 357/38 barrel for fun at the range & plan to buy many more barrels & One of the “Back up” models in 9mm.

Bond Arms Derringers are truly one of the finest hand guns in modern gun smiting & mine will be passed down in the family as a keepsake & a symbol of the Power, Security & Safety that a person can provide for their family. Thanks to the Bond Family & Employees. God Bless you! You all make the world a safer place. - K. Eaton
