I just wanted to take a brief moment to compliment your company and staff on remarkable customer service I recently received. I have a Bond Arms firearm along with several barrels and holsters. I was having an issue the 9mm barrel being difficult to unlock. I emailed customer service for some advice on how to correct. Without hesitation they advised they would send me a new barrel. I have received the new barrel and the old barrel is in transit being returned. I never expected to receive a  replacement barrel. I knew from watching your youtube videos you were a special kind of company, but never knew how special. Thanks for the great customer service and I will definitely consider purchasing a Bond Arms firearm in the future.
